Facility Information
Çakırlar Printing operates in a 16,000 m² closed area with state-of-the-art production facilities, holding a leading position in the industry. With a daily printing capacity of over 1 million sheets and 46 printing units, it offers high-volume production capabilities.
In pre-press processes, CTP-FOGRA plating and advanced color management systems are utilized, while innovative technologies ensure superior print quality during the printing phase. Post-printing processes, including UV coating, spot varnish, hot stamping, and die-cutting, are carried out to meet customer expectations.
Laboratories
The in-house laboratories, equipped with the X-Rite color formulation program and the Printingforce proofing machine, aim to maintain color accuracy and production standards at the highest level. These processes enhance production efficiency while ensuring quality is guaranteed.
