Barrier IML
Barrier IML (Barrier Injection Molding Labeling) is a technology used in plastic packaging. Barrier IML has been specifically developed for the protection of products in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It features the following characteristics:
1 - Barrier Feature:
- Provides Protection: Barrier layers prevent the passage of gases (e.g., oxygen) or moisture into or out of the packaging. This extends the product's shelf life.
- Food Safety: Especially in food products, it prevents flavor loss and contamination from external sources.
2 - IML (Injection Molding Labeling) Technology:
- Integrated Labeling: A special label is placed onto the packaging during production, and this label becomes part of the plastic during molding.
- Aesthetic and Durability: The prints are resistant to scratching and provide long-term use as an integral part of the packaging.

Perfect Sealing
Thanks to gas and moisture barriers, it preserves the freshness of the contents.
Eco-Friendly
The use of the same type of plastic provides recycling benefits.
High Efficiency
Simultaneous double-sided labeling accelerates the production processes.
Design Flexibility
Independent designs can be created on both sides of the packaging.
