Orange Peel IML
The Orange Peel IML label is a special type of label used in In-Mold Labeling (IML) technology, featuring a slightly textured surface. This texture resembles the appearance of an orange peel, which is why it is referred to as "orange peel" and commonly known as the "orange effect." The label consists of a multi-layered structure, with foamed polypropylene (PP) material in the middle.
Orange Peel Label Production Process

- During this process, some air is removed from the foamed polypropylene in the middle of the label.
- The result is a slightly textured surface with an orange peel effect appearance.
